Dr. Phil Nasralla was born in Cairo, Egypt but was raised from infancy in Montreal, Quebec and is fluent in English and French. Dr. Nasralla obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 from McGill University and enrolled into McGill's prestigious dental school for the next four years.

While studying at McGill university, Dr. Nasralla instructed 3 years of clinical human anatomy to undergraduate students. Upon graduating from dental school in 1992, Dr. Nasralla briefly worked as a clinical supervisor overseeing other dental students and then moved to Lillooet, BC to work as an associate in a private practice.

From 1994 to present, Dr. Nasralla has lived and worked in Comox where he maintains a successful aesthetic and family practice. Dr. Nasralla and his team are constantly upgrading their skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest advances which is proudly reflected in their work and in the high-tech clinic. Dr. Nasralla has obtained his level 1 laser certification and has undergone extensive training in root canals and surgeries. Dr. Nasralla routinely uses his dental microscope and laser and many dentists refer their patients to him for complex procedures. In keeping with the popular hit television show "Extreme Makeovers" and the public's interest in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Nasralla and his team are honing their skills with the best and most respected clinicians at the Las Vegas Instsitute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).

Dr. Nasralla is happily married to his wife, Jolie and they have two wonderful children, Cassia and Spencer. When not at work, Dr. Nasralla is seen around the community doing various activities such as cycling, golfing, kayaking, sailing and nordic ski patrolling on Mt. Washington.
