January 2007 ~ Dr. Nasralla’s Patient Newsletter

Exciting Times Ahead

Dr. Nasralla is very pleased to generate this newsletter which is the first of its kind to our dental clinic. Our objective is to inform and educate you with dental facts and tips along with points of interest about our office and its employees.

Dr. Nasralla has worked along side Dr. Bill Toews for the past 12 years in Comox but this spring, Dr. Toews will be relocating his dental clinic and we wish him and his team all the success and happiness in the future. We will remain at our current address where we will continue to enjoy the best view in the Valley of the Comox Marina and Glacier.

In the months to follow, our dental facility will undergo a “make-over” to modernize and improve its image. The clinic will have a relaxing, contemporary, spa-like feel to it. The renovations may produce a brief period of interruptions (for which we regret any inconvenience it may cause) but this will be short-lived and very worthwhile in the end. Our dental practice will also be introducing high-tech digital radiography that will marry well with our computerized paperless charting system. This means you will receive the lowest possible radiation exposure when x-rays are taken but the images produced in your computer chart will be crisper and clearer than ever before. I hope you have a wonderful 2007 and we look forward to seeing you at your next check-up!

Perks for Our Patients

Our team knows that our patients are the most valuable part of this practice. We brainstormed and have come up with some ideas to make your dental visit a much more pleasant experience. We now offer refreshments and goodies in our reception area as well as a comfort menu including mp3 players, television, massage pad, warm towelettes and blankets.

Our team knows the importance of running on time and we do our best to make sure you are in and out as quickly as possible while giving you the best quality dentistry.

We appreciate feedback and suggestions so feel free to let us know how we can improve your dental experience.

Changes, Changes, Changes

One of the many changes to our office is that we no longer send a bill after treatment has been completed. We ask for payment on the date of service. For patients who find this difficult, we are pleased to announce the addition of Care Credit to our office. Care Credit is a third party finance company designed to help with the sometimes overwhelming treatment amount. Care Credit offers 3 and 6 month no interest plans as well as extended plans for larger treatment amounts. Please ask our team if you are interested before you continue with treatment.

We also accept all major credit cards, debt, cheque and cash.
